William Baley & Charity McMillion
Marriage 1 Oct 1710 Charity McMIllion - John Bailey; Northern Neck, VA. Entry gives her parents as John McMillion )d. RC 1706) and Frances his wife (d RC 1747).[2]

Her sister had a son with the middle name of Macmillion. All signs show that there was no McMillian surname in this family. This McMillian was transcribed incorrectly from script to print.

Charity's name needs to be changed to McMillion, McMellion or MackMellion like her father and sister, due to her marriage being found and this fictious McMillian name is a misspelling as documents were being transferred from script to print.
