William J McNamee was born around 1858 in Ireland.[1] He and his wife, Ellen 'Nellie' Fowler immigrated to the United States. They arrived in New York on 1 September 1894.[2] They had at least 9 children. He died on 5 Jun 1933 in North Dakota. He is buried at Saint Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Devils Lake, Ramsey County, North Dakota, USA.[3]
There seems to be some discrepancies in William's date of birth. Original wikitree entry has his date of birth as 20 Jun 1848 but no documentation of that date was listed. Based on the census information he was born in the 1850s not 1840s.
