Biography
Claude Hamilton McNeely was born on October 10, 1870, in Petersburg, Boone, Kentucky, United States, son of Marcellus Riddell McNeely (1841–) and Permelia Catherine Barnard (1840–).
Claude (25) married Charlie Hope Anderson (17) (born on June 6, 1878, in Shelby County, Tennessee; daughter of Zedekiah Anderson and Sallie J (Monroe) Anderson) on November 20, 1895, in Shelby. Their son was Eugene Monroe McNeely (1896–1957).
Claude died on November 13, 1904, in Memphis, Shelby, Tennessee, United States, aged 34. He is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Memphis, Tennessee. [1]
