Death and Burial

Margaret died in 1827 in Lewis County, West Virginia.
She is buried in the Linger Family Cemetery in Upshur County, WV. There is not a specific tombstone for her or anyone in the cemetery; only rocks and they were put there years after her death.[2]

  1. It is believed that Margaret's father is Phillip McNemar from Scotland or Ireland [3]
  2. Margaret is suppose to be a twin sister of her brother George .
