Biography
Robert was born in 1826. He was the son of Robert McNutt and Mary Jackson. He passed away in 1860. Robert Brice McNutt married Elizabeth T. Bush. Together they had 5 children. 1.Sarah Jane McNutt born 4/10/1850, died 1863 from fatalburns by ignition of clothing while standing in front of an open fire. 2.Nathan McNutt born 1853 died 1915 and married Susanna Virginia Brown born 1858 died 1929, together they had 10 children. 3.Joe McNutt born 1854 died 1940 married Mattie Haley born 1867 died 1950 they had 7 children together. 4.Elizabeth (Betty) McNutt born 1857 died 1933 Eldorado, Texas. married C. I. Dabney born 1820 died 1936 Eldorado, Texas. and married 11-4-1873 in Kenney, Texas. Together they had 5 children (Smith Dabney, Brice Dabney, Cora Dabeny Tomlinson, Bernice Dabney Habermacher, Robert A. Dabney). 5.Anna McNutt, married M.P. Caywood together had 6 children. (Hargis Caywood, May Caywood Womack, Alma P. Caywood Yates, Edwin Banks Caywood, Ruby Caywood, Carrie Caywood Buford).
