PRENTISS - Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Dublin Baptist Church for Chester McPhail, 81, of Prentiss, who died Jan. 24, 2006, at Jefferson Davis Extended Care Facility.

Burial will be in Dublin Cemetery.

Mr. McPhail was a retired foreman at Southern Pine Electric Power Association and a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of Dublin Baptist Church. 

Survivors include his wife, Joan McPhail of Prentiss; a son, Charles McPhail of Collins; two daughters, Deborah Sanford and Gayle Stafford, both of Collins; two sisters, Ruby Dickens of Carson and Frankie Montgomery of Brookhaven; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:30-9 p.m. today at Saulters-Moore Funeral Home.
