Biography

Europe McPherson was born on January 2, 1834 in Carmel, Penobscot, Maine.[1]

At age 15, he was farming on on his parent's farm in Carmel, Penobsctot, Maine. [2]

He was still in his parent's home at age 25, Carmel, Penobscot, Maine, in 1860, where he was a Laborer.[3]

Europe, married Hannah Crockett on June 1, 1862 in Norwood Park, Chicago, Cook, Illinois. [4] They had one child.

  1. Arthur McPherson (1866-)

The lived in Norwood Park, Chicago, Cook, Illinois, with their son Arthur-4, in 1870, where he was a Cooper.[5]

He divorced his wife, Hannah McPherson in January 1874 in Penobscot, Maine.[6]

He married Elvira Benjamin (1845-1921) on February 15, 1874 in Penobscot, Maine.[7] They had 3 children.

  2. Fayette McPherson (1878-1964)[8]
  3. Alonzo Lafayette, McPherson (1878-1930)Twin[8]

They lived in Carmel, Penobscot, Maine in 1880, where he was farming, and Elvina was taking care of the children, Gertrude-6, Alonzo-1 and And Fayette-1.[8]

In 1900, they were on their farm in Carmel, Penobscot, Maine, with their son's, Fayette-21, and Alonzo-21.[9]

He died at the age of 83, on December 17, 1917 in Bangor, Penobscot, Maine,[10] and was buried in the Highland Cemetery, in Carmel, Penobscot, Maine.[1]
