Biography
Robert was born in 1896 at Ardmore, Killead. He had moved into Crumlin by 1900 and attended school in Crumlin. At the age of 14 he left school to work in the Ulster Woollen Mills, first of all as a wool spinner and lateerly as a carder. He passed away in 1941.
