Mary was born in 1825 in Argyll, Scotland. She was the daughter of Duncan McTavish and Isobella Breckenridge . [1]

She married Hugh McKerrall in 1850. [2]

She passed away in 1918.

Hugh and Mary were third cousins. They share Andrew Brackenridge as a second grandfather.
