Biography
Ruth was born on 4 November 1888 in Mcdavid's Mountain, Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec. She was the daughter of John David Fraser Mcdavid and Sarah Jane Pratt.
When Ruth was 24 she married James Albert Kaine on 11 June 1913 in Restigouche, New Brunswick.
Ruth died at the age of 76 on 22 April 1965 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Campbellton, New Brunswick.
Ruth was buried after 22 April 1965 in Protestant Cemetery, Flatlands, Addington Parish, Restigouche, New Brunswick.
