Biography
James was born in 1858 in Cardup, Western Australia.[1] He was the son of Henry Mead and Dorothy Leng.
He married Selina Ann Marshall in Petrh in 1900.[2]
- MEAD. — On October 11, 1932, at his residence, 387 Vincent-street, Leederville, James William Mead, widower of the late Selenia Ann Mead, loving uncle of Rose (Mrs. Grover), Alice (Mrs. Rice) and Jack Mead; aged 74 years. [3]
