Biography
Horace was born in 1820. He is the son of Lemuel Mead and Jerusha Pool.
He married Ruby Lockwood on 28 Dec 1846 in Wethersfield, Wyoming county, New York. Together they had 3 children:
- Helen Mead 30 Oct 1850 m Elon G. Goodell
- Homer S. Mead 28 Apr 1856 m. Alberti Higgins
- Frank A. Mead 20 Aug 1861 m. Mary E. Foote
