Julia was born in 1859. She was the dau of Charles Allen Mead and Mary Barnes. They are found together in the 1880 Census.^[1]

1900 Census: Family unit in Big Run of Jefferson county Pennsylvania. Children include: Frank A, Grace, Guy E, Ida B.
