Catherine Meade was born around 1695 (estimated based on 1716 marriage).
She was the second daughter of Sir John Meade of Ballintubber.

[Thomas Jones of Osberstown] married, on 28rd June, 1716, Catherine, second daughter of Sir John Meade, 1st Bart., of Ballintubber, County Cork, but dying some three weeks later, on 9th July, he was succeeded by his only brother, Lewis ; shortly afterwards his widow married Nehemiah Donnellan, of Artane, County Dublin, and of Nenagh, County Tipperary (M.P. for County Tipperary, 1737-60).
