Sarah was born in 1790 in Nottingham , the daughter of Hosier & Lace Manfacturer William Meats and Mary Redgate. She was baptized at St Nicholas, Nottingham on the 14th June 1790 [1].

Sarah married Mercer & Draper Joseph Green in 1812 .

Sarah died in Nottingham in 1876 .
