Sara, recorded as the daughter of Pieter Meby and Susanna Vedders, was baptized on 21 March 1725 in the Reformed Dutch Church of Schenectady, New York. Witnesses were Harmen Vedder and Saartie Vedders. The transcript of the baptism register found on indicates that she was born in February;[1] Pearson gives her birth date as 2 February 1725.[2]

Sara was born in 1725. She passed away in 1810.

Abraham Yates and Sarah Maybee were married on 8 April 1749.[3]

Mebie-67 and Mabie-88 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same baptism date and place, but one year apart. Presumably one of these dates represents an interpretation of a New Style date as Old Style, or maybe vice versa.

These are the same person and need to be merged, but we need some sources to determine her LNAB. Is a church record for her baptism available?
