Albert Medina was born about 1830 in Louisiana, United States.[1][2]
He married Modeste Rivet, daughter of Elias Rivet and Magdeleine Lambert, on 22 April 1857 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Donaldsonville, Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Witnesses were S. Senette, Louis Mathieu, and Francis Vickner.[3][4]

They were enumerated together with their children during the 1860 census in New River, Ascension Parish. Albert's occupation was given as "makes corn."[1]
In 1880 they were living in Sacramento Brule, Ascension Parish. Albert worked as a laborer.[5]
Albert died on 6 November 1881, and was buried at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery in Donaldsonville.[2]
