Biography

Willoughby W. Meeks was born on March 25, 1849 in Appling County, GA USA, son of Willoughby W. Meeks (1818–1865) and Elizabeth Taylor (1821–1902).[1]

Willoughby (21) married Nancy Jane Taylor (20) (born about 1850 in Appling County, Georgia, United States) about 1871 in Appling County. )

Willoughby died on July 28, 1899 in Tattnall County, GA USA, aged 50. He is buried in Campground UMC Cemetery, Bacon County, GA.[2]
