Edith Bernice Meland was born in Chicago, Illinois on 22 Apr 1908 to Erick B. Meland and Elizabeth Hansen of Norway.[1][2][3][4][5]
She married Walter Andrew Craft about 1938[6][7] and had the following known children:
Betty Jean Craft was born in Harvey, Cook County, Illinois on 11 Aug 1939.[6][7]
Edith died 04 May 1966 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery there on the 7th.[5]
