Biography
Marie Celina Melanson was born on 8 Jun 1849 and baptized the next day in Cocagne, New Brunswick, the daughter of François Melanson and Eulalie Leger.[1][2] Her godparents were François Bourque and Marie Pellerin.
Marie Celina married Joseph Allain, son of Bruno Allain and Lyddie Richard, on 19 Nov 1867 in Cocagne.[3][4] A dispensation was granted for 3 degrees of consanguinity (they were second cousins, view relationship).
