Biography

Minnie was born in Chinsurah, India in 1868.

Minnie married George Edwin Heggs on the 20th February 1887 in St. Matthew, Ardwick, Manchester ^[1][2]. They initially set up home in Clowes Str., Chorlton, near George's parents ^[3]. They moved further north west in Manchester at Prestwich ^[4] before moving back nearer their origins in east Manchester ^[5]. They had a large family. After the death of George, Minnie soldiered on alone with her large family ^[6].

Minnie died on the 10th September 1941 in Manchester. She was aged 73 years 2 months. ^[7]
