Bonita Clark
My paternal line is so limited and frustrating! Mary Florence [born Mellor] Clark was my paternal grandmother. I know she lived in Chingola, Zambia and in Mabelreign, a suburb of Harare in Zimbabwe. For a time in the late 1960's/early 1970's they also lived in Durban, South Africa but returned to Harare. At one point they lived in Knysna too, but I don't know the years. Mary was born in Stone, Staffordshire, but I have no idea how she ended up on the African continent - I cannot find any evidence of how she got here. Her father owned land and a dairy in the Bergville/Winterton region of Natal in South Africa and on her marriage certificate it states her occupation as a nurse. Any help with more info would be greatly appreciated.
