Research Notes
This profile was connected to Mary (Melton) Daniell (1770-1843) as a spouse, but that profile was conflated with merges. That profile was created as Mary 'Polly' with maiden name of Melton. She married William Daniell and was living with Daniell in Georgia, having children before and after Jesse's marriage in 1797 in North Carolina, so she was not married to both people. Melton was not her married name with Jesse, it was her maiden name, as the daughter of Jeremiah Melton. Melton children were disconnected from Mary, as is Jesse, in Mar 2021.
