Philip and Ann were married before 1820 and had 10 children. By 1830 there were 9 in their household[1] and when he died in Fayette County, TN the land division for 4 of the kids, stated it is their 4/10th share[2]. In 1840 Ann Herrington was in Fayette County living next to her son-in-law, John Hurley[3].
