Biography

When Christopher Mercer was born in 1672, in Norfolk, Virginia, British Colonial America, his father, Thomas Mercer, was 25 and his mother, Katherine Biggs, was 18. He married Frances Hall in 1690. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 27 June 1711, in his hometown, at the age of 39, and was buried in Norfolk, Virginia, British Colonial America.
