Tryphenia Merchant, daughter of Robert Merchant and Betsy (Alley) Merchant, was born in 1843 in Maine.[1] She appeared on the census of 8 Aug. 1850 in the home of her mother and step-father, Thomas Jefferson Bryant, at Jonesport, Washington, Maine.[2]
She and Warren appeared on the census of 5 Aug. 1870 at Jonesport, Washington, Maine.[3]
Tryphenia died on 15 Oct. 1922 probably in Maine and was buried at Hillside Cemetery, Eastport, Washington County, Maine. Her memorial has a photo of her headstone and links to those of family members.[1]
