Charles was born in 1887. He is the son of Oliphant Merritt and Mary Hull. [1]
Charles died in Yakima, WA in Mar 1955 according to Washington death records and was buried in Tacoma, WA at New Tacoma Cemetery, University Place 5 April 1955 according to Find A Grave
