Biography
John was born in 1757 and baptised on 27 Feb 1757 at church Sts Peter & Paul Ashington Sussex England [1], the son of Edward Merritt and Mary Dinig. John passed away aged 73, in 1830 at Shipley Sussex England, and was buried on 7 Mar 1830 at St Mary's church Shipley Sussex England [3].
