Find-A-Grave has his birthdate as 30 Nov 1960 which is questionable.
The 1860 US Census has his age as what appears to be 7/12 and could be 4/12 when the census was took on 11 Jul 1860. If he was 4/12 then Mar could be the correct month but the year 1960 which is more likely to match the other information in the 1900 US Census which has birth Mar 1859
