I believe that Martha Metcalfe Wixson (which i have also seen as Wixon) was the mother of my paternal grandmother, Ella M. (Wixson) Conant, who was born in 1887 in Albion, Kennebec, and died in 1968 in Rockland, ME. She and her husband Ralph P. Conant had four children, including my father, Roger Francis Conant.
