Conrad Friedrich Heinrich Franz Joseph Meyer zu Wallenhorst was born on 4 March 1852 in Hof Meyer zu Wallenhorst, Wallenhorst, Osnabrück, Hannover, Deutscher Bund, son of Christopher Henrich Meyer (1817–1866) and Maria Agnes Hornschemeier (1826–1859).^[1] He was baptised in the catholic church St. Alexander in Wallenhorst on 7 March 1852.^[1] His godfather was Conrad Friedrich Joseph Vornholt, and his baptismal witnesses were Franz Heinrich Riepenhof and Colona Anna Maria Witte.^[1]

He died of Scharlachfriesel and Hautwasser at midday on 29 January 1856 in Hof Meyer zu Wallenhorst, aged three years and ten months.^[2] He was buried in the catholic church cemetery St. Alexander Wallenhorst on 1 February 1856.^[2]
