He purchased property on 16 Oct 1816: Daniel Waggoner, son of Jacob, to Geo Michael for $1000, 249 acres on both sides Swearing Creek being a tract granted to Hugh McCrary by Earl Granville 10 May 1762, a joining Boyd McCrary, Jacob Waggoner, Hunt, McCulloh's old line, Sowers; w: Jacob Shoaf, Wm McCrary Jr

19 Oct 1834 Bequest: Proved Aug 1837. Per his father's will received a distributive share of the sale of the balance of Negroes after bequests & other property, including 200 Acres joining Peopler's.
