Biography
Percy was born in 1896 to William Middleton and Julia Collins. [1] Percy served with the Canadian Expeditionary Force in WW I (Regimental Number 2609218). [2] [3] [4] He married Mary Charlotte Street in 1925 and emigrated to the United States. [5] [6] Percy passed away in 1982. [7]
"W. T. Middleton received a telegram from Ottawa Tuesday morning stating that his son Pte. Percy Middleton, who has been overseas nearly two years, was wounded in his left shoulder by gunshot on August 9th. We all hope for his speedy recovery." [8]
