Levina was born on the 14th of December 1858, in Yorkshire, England. She was the daughter of James Scott Midgley and Mary Ann (Lee) Midgley, and was christened on the 6th of March 1859, at Almondbury, All Hallows, Yorkshire. [1]
Levina married Joe Albert Jackson, a spinner, on the 17th of September 1881, at the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Huddersfield. [2]
