Many thanks for your email. I am afraid I cannot answer your questions so I have asked if one of the others from the greeter team or mentors team can drop by and let you know.
I don't use ancestry I am transferring my tree from familysearch and genes reunited
Hopefully someone will be in touch soon let me know if you don't hear from my colleagues.
The other thing you can do is post the questions in the G2G forum click on the my wikitree and choose G2G feed across the top of the page that opens there are a number of option one of which is ask a question
