Warren was the son of George Levi Miles and Persis Leavitt. When he was born in Le Roy, IL it was in Boone County.
About 1889 he married Mariette Culver, daughter of Leroy Culver and Lucy Rachel Salisbury.
They had a daughter, Zora L.
Warren was a Steam Engineer. They lived in Chicago, IL; Hammond, IN; and for a time in 1920 were in Memphis, TN where their daughter died.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Zora, on Feb 17, 1920 in Memphis, TN of pneumonia. She is buried there. They were in Chicago in Jan 1920, then from at least Feb 5th they were in Memphis, living in the Chelsea Hotel.
He was also predeceased by his brother Herbert on Mar 13, 1863 in Le Roy, at almost 2 years old; his mother Persis on Dec 19, 1892 in Chicago; and his father George on Oct 21, 1913 in Lancaster, NH.
