Biography
Rachel was the daughter of John (d. 1722) and Mary Miles of St. Andrews Parish, Province of South Carolina.[1]
She married James McPherson [1] and had children:
- James, Jr. (d. 1761)[2]
- Isaac (d. 1787)
- John (d. abt 1763)[3]
- Joshua (d. abt 1774)[4]

Rachel was living when her husband wrote his Will on 28 September 1765.[5]
