William was born in 1876. He was the son of James Millar and Mary Miell. He passed away in 1925.
Obituary. At an early hour yesterday morning the death occurred at his residence, "Veronica," Baillie street, Horsham, of Mr William Frederick Millar. Last year he had a trip to Ceylon, and recently his health declined, necessitating a visit to Melbourne for treatment. On his return to Horsham he appeared to rally, but this response was only temporary.
The deceased, who was 49 years of age, was a son of the late Mr. James Millar, who with the late Mr. S. May, established the Wimmera Foundry, and were two of the sturdiest pioneers of Horsham. [1]
