Anna McKay was born in Ireland on 24 Aug 1770.[1][2] Her surname is sometimes given as Millar, but no records have yet been cited to confirm this. She passed away in 1856, and is buried in the Garrett/McKay Cemetery, south of Pulaski, TN.[3]
She and her husband had the following children: William, Elizabeth, and Mary J. (who married a John A. Brown). Only Mary lived to be included in census records in the years 1850 and up, where her birthplace is consistently given as Tennessee. Her father, Henry, aged 90, is living with Mary in 1860. If the census records are correct about Mary's birthplace, Henry and Anna came to the US before 1810, as Mary's birthdate is approximately 1809-1810 by the census.[4]

Millar-1114 and Millar-1113 appear to represent the same person because: slight discrepancy in the dates, but otherwise seems to be clear duplicates. Should be merged together.
