Miller-63942 and Miller-10598 appear to represent the same person because: Clearly represents the same person with the same father, husband, children and dod. What is not clear is the maiden name of Randolph's wife. Bush has no sourcing whatsoever. Dob estimated, so not reliable from either profile. Still the same person.
