24 July, 1759 Augusta Cty., Colony of Virginia was in Augusta County[2]. On 30 Dec., 1765 Henry had 70 acres, Dry Run, near foot of the Mountain. December 30, 1765 and 260 acres, between Dry Run and Naked Creek[3]. 28 April, 1770 Henry Miller, 390 acres, on the Shenandoah. Adjoining his
patent[4].
Henry died about 1790 Rockingham Co., VA.[5]
