His son, John Miller is a duplicate to http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Miller-1882 Miller-5769 has dates that must be incorrect. (error data base led me to profile) This John (died 1579) He had a muddled will and was confused. He wanted to nominate his minor grandson as executors but had said that his executor was the heir (potential legal probs) He does mention Gyles Winterhey and other Winterhayes as sons in law in main and oral will. His eldest son, John was already of age at his father's death. He already had several sons John the son died 1592-5 and by then had fathered 10 children, including Robert Miller/Meller MP born in about 1565
(have discussed problem of Jane Cokerham on http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Miller-1882 )
