Biography

Raiford L. Miller, born about 1833 in Pike County, MS was the son of Thompson Miller and Clara Ginn. Raeford married Angeline Brock, daughter of James and Elizabeth Purvis Brock. They are buried in the Thad Miller Cemetery, located west of Warnerton, LA off LA Hwy. 438 on Holmesville Road. Angeline Brock was the daughter of James and Elizabeth Purvis Brock.

  1. Madison (or Mattie Miller. She married Columbus Dixon.
  2. William Miller, born Abt. 1848.
  3. Clara Miller, born Abt. 1857. She married Fate Hughes.
  4. Thomas V Miller, born November 7, 1858; died August 28, 1915.
  5. Jane Miller, born Abt. 1866.
  6. George Miller, born Abt. 1868. He married Maria.
  7. Rosa N Miller, born Abt. 1872. She married Anderson Estess.
  8. James Thomas (Bob) Miller, born September 20, 1872; died October 9, 1930 Buried in Thad Miller Cemetery.
  9. Maletha Miller, born Abt. 1874. She married Sam Estess.
  10. Malissa Miller, born Abt. 1876.
  11. Fleet Miller, born Abt. 1879.[1]
