Biography
Alvin was born in 1891. He was the son of Milton Miller and Mary Reichert. My father was employed by the Chicago Northwestern Railroad as a Section Hand. It has hard work due to need to work on the hottest summer days, torrential rain, and blinding blizzards that included harsh winds and below zero temperatures. In 1951, he was forced to retire because of health issues. He passed away in 1975. Find A Grave: Memorial #86014591[1] Alvin is buried with his wife Mildred sharing the same monument at Lisbon Cemetery, Lisbon, Linn County, Iowa, USA.
