Cecil Hugh Miller was born on 15 August 1894 in Hawthorn, Victoria, Australia, the son of Jane (Armstrong) Miller and Henry Miller.[1]
Cecil died on 7 February 1954 in Fremantle, Western Australia aged 59 years.[2]
