Private- Company G 30th Alabama Infantry CSA. He was captured at Vicksburg, Mississippi July 4,1863 and later paroled there. He reenlisted and was paroled at Talladega, Alabama at war's end. He was from the Delta Community in Clay County Alabama. His widow, M.S. Miller applied for his pension in Clay County.
