Biography

Samuel and Catherine had a total of eleven children. Only two were boys. Their second child, Regina Beam Miller married to David Valentine Rusmisel had seven children all girls. The children were all born in Sangerville, Augusta County, VA.

Sources

My sources were two: direct recall from my paternal Grandmother, Willa Augusta Rusmisle-2 who was a step-child of Regina Beam Miller and grew up as an older sister of the seven daughters of Regina Beam Miller. Of the eleven children of Samuel T. Miller and Catherine Hockman Miller, in most cases only the birth place and date of birth was known by Grandma. The other information was provided about 1995 in a letter from one of the Miller descendants (name forgotten). The contents of that letter were transcribed in Family Tree Maker at that time. This letter was lost in a Southern California wildfire house burn down on 22 Oct 2007. ---jwl 9Feb2018 at sea off Australia.
