Biography

When Joseph Miller was born on February 18, 1775, in Monmouth, New Jersey, USA, his father, George, was 26 and his mother, Margaretha, was 18. He married Phoebe Tullis on March 25, 1802, in Cumberland, New Jersey, USA. He died in 1826 at the age of 51.
