Biography
Levi was born in 1799. He is the son of Solomon Miller and Elizabeth Hickman.
Levi appeared on the tax roles of Springfield TWP, Jefferson Co. OH, 1835. He was in the North East corner of Range 4, Township 11, Section 11. The previous year this property was taxed to Solomon Miller. Levi would have been 35 when he started paying the tax on the home place.
