Biography
When Zachariah MILLER was born in November 1827 in Nicholas, West Virginia, his father, James, was 39 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 22. He married Elizabeth Emily COULTER in January 1850 in Virginia. They had seven children in 20 years. He died in 1900 in Clay, West Virginia, at the age of 73.
